These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and q889 (hereinafter "q889", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://q889.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality provided through the q889 platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of q889, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user profile created by an individual upon successful completion of the q889 registration process.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, virtual sport or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free-bet, free-spin or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and fraud-prevention obligations.
• "Platform" — the q889 website (https://q889.cam), any associated mobile-optimised interface and all related services.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by the User using actual PKR or cryptocurrency equivalents, as distinct from bonus or promotional credit.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — all sports betting, live casino, slot, instant-game, virtual sport and any other gambling or gaming products accessible via the Platform.
• "User" — any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on q889, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must be a human individual acting in your own capacity; corporate entities may not register as Users.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of q889 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from q889 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to register one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds therein.

At registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, date of birth, country of residence and preferred currency (PKR). All fields must be completed accurately.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any point we deem necessary for compliance purposes, q889 may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement showing ownership of the depositing account or mobile wallet)
• Source of funds declaration, where required by AML policy

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by q889 may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed. q889 processes KYC data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By accessing the Platform you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. The following general conditions apply to all Platform usage:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must not access the Platform via automated means, bots, scripts or any software designed to circumvent security or gain unfair advantage.
• You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent or intermediary on behalf of third parties.
• You must not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion or fraudulent activity that may corrupt the integrity of any sports event or game outcome.
• You must not exploit errors, technical glitches or software vulnerabilities in a manner that provides undue financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and recoverable.
• You must not use multiple Accounts, false identities or shared payment methods to claim bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").

All bets placed on q889 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game or event type. General betting conditions include:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets placed during technical outages or odds errors are subject to review and may be voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. These limits may vary by sport, market and User account tier.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where odds were published in error. Voided stakes are returned to the User's Account balance.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play market availability is subject to operator discretion. q889 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; no bets are accepted during a suspension.
• Results and Settlement: Outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body or game RNG certificate. In the event of a dispute, q889's determination shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure in Clause 14.
• Odds Fluctuation: Sports odds are dynamic and may change between the time a User initiates a bet and the time it is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the final accepted odds.

For cricket specifically — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC World Cup events and bilateral T20 and ODI series — q889 has no official partnership or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team. Cricket is referenced as a sporting context only.

All Account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency option (BTC/USDT), in which case the equivalent PKR value at the time of transaction applies.

7.1 Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts, accepted methods and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods referenced on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are familiar references for Pakistani users only. These providers do not endorse or support online gambling. Users must verify whether their payment provider permits gambling-related transactions before depositing.

7.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawals are processed using the same method as the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Processing timelines are provided as estimates only; q889 does not guarantee specific processing times. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per calendar month.

7.3 Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider while an Account balance remains positive constitutes a breach of these Terms. q889 reserves the right to suspend the Account and recover the disputed funds by any lawful means.

7.4 Unclaimed Balances: Accounts with positive balances that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee, details of which will be provided in the Account notification sent at least 30 days prior to the first deduction.

q889 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotional offer has individual terms including minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement (rollover), maximum cash-out, eligible games, bonus expiry period and maximum bet during bonus play. These are published alongside each offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate "Bonus Wallet" and are used only after real-money funds in the main wallet are exhausted, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The maximum permitted single bet while a Bonus is active is PKR 1,000 or as stated in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit during an active Bonus may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates toward rollover requirements vary. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without satisfying all associated conditions.
• q889 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect Bonuses already claimed and in active rollover.

q889 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits — cap total losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — set an alert or hard stop after a defined playing period.
• Self-Exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, activatable via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amount wagered during a session.

q889 strictly enforces the adults-only policy. The Platform is available to persons aged 18 and above only, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. If you believe someone underage is accessing your Account, contact support immediately and activate account restrictions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q889:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account per person
• Using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds
• Money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the source of funds
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, while knowing it to be prohibited
• Using automated betting systems, bots or scripted tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Abuse of bonuses, including systematic exploitation of wagering loopholes or promotional terms in bad faith
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems
• Harassment, abuse or threatening conduct directed toward q889 staff or other Users
• Publishing or distributing q889 content, data or proprietary material without written authorisation

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

All content on the q889 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, odds data, game assets and promotional material — is the intellectual property of q889 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from q889.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q889 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues or events beyond q889's reasonable control (force majeure)
• Delays in transaction processing attributable to payment providers, banking systems or regulatory review processes
• Any financial loss arising from a User's failure to understand, review or comply with these Terms before placing a bet

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 Termination by User: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any positive real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to completed KYC and standard withdrawal conditions.

13.2 Termination by q889: q889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity is suspected
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe
• An Account has been used in a manner inconsistent with responsible gambling obligations
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitate termination

Where an Account is closed by q889 for cause, any Bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation and deduction of any confirmed fraudulent gains.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q889 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the first instance, Users should contact q889 support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. q889 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, Users may escalate to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified in the operator's license conditions.

q889 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, unless the amendment is required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
